The 'Test'
The results are in! The good news is we don't have to do ALL of
chapter 5... so here is my plan. I'm going to give you the exercises that will
help us to get through this chapter! You won't need to do every exercise. Many
of the exercises are LISTENING, so you can listen at home. Please read the ENTIRE
e-mail. I will also post this on the Blog.
If you got a lot of questions wrong in Part B:
Look at charts 5.5, 5.6, 5.8, 5.9, and 5.10.
DO exercises 22, 25, 29, 34, 37, 39 at home. We will discuss
and do the following in class:
23, 26, 28, 33, 36 (in class)
If you got a lot of questions wrong in Part C:
Look at chart 5.15
DO exercises 56, 57, 59, 61, 63 at home. We will discuss
and do the following in class:
58, 60, 62 (in class)
If you got a lot of questions wrong in Part D:

Now, this isn't ALL for Wednesday, but we will be working on it
a bit tomorrow- probably in two groups. Print this e-mail out or copy it down
so you know what our plan is for this week!

me! We can also set up computers in CALL lab for you to practice questions and
the present perfect tomorrow in CALL lab. Please e-mail me if you would like to
work specifically on grammar tomorrow in CALL lab.
